Thank you

Your support makes all the difference for the women and children we provide a service for every year.

Thanks to your donation, Beryl can continue to provide further practical support for women and their children in our accommodation and outreach programs.

This may include mobile phones, food vouchers, petrol vouchers, bus tickets and children’s school necessities.

In addition, our service will be able to provide more outings and events for mums and their children.

Beryl is Australia’s longest-running specialist domestic violence refuge and uses its strong expertise to provide valuable sector training and guest speaking to organisations, businesses, and communities.

A number of individuals and organisations across the ACT and region have supported the work of Beryl Women Inc. through donations of cash and household items. Beryl would not only like to thank these people but celebrate their spirit of sharing, support and generosity. The donations received have made a number of women’s lives easier and we all thank you.

Acknowledgment of Country

We wish to acknowledge the Ngunnawal and Ngambri people as the traditional custodians of the land we live and work on.

We pay our respects to the Elders both past, present and future for they hold the memories, the traditions, the culture and hopes of Aboriginal Australia.

We remember that the land we live and work on, was and always will be traditional Aboriginal land.
